Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for receiving incoming customer calls, resolving inquiries and demands efficiently and professionally, and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of customers.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and demands through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively work towards improving the overall customer experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A native level of Dutch.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
We offer:
- A permanent contract.
- A competitive salary of €22,000 per year.
- A bonus of up to €2,000.
- A rotating schedule between morning and afternoon shifts.
- Two Saturdays per month.
