Nordsbroad Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Support Expert to join our team at Nordsbroad in Barcelona.

About the Role

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer service via telephone and email.

Your main tasks will be:

  • To ensure high-quality customer service, utilizing excellent communication skills to provide professional and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their bookings, activities, and general information regarding services for the Dutch market.
  • Providing advice and information on facilities and services.
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
  • A good level of English is also welcome.
  • Prompt response times, dynamism, a sense of hospitality, and computer skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong adaptability skills and the ability to listen attentively.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be a valuable asset to our team.

  • A competitive salary of 24,000 euros per year, inclusive of a bonus.
  • A permanent contract with 39 hours of work per week.
