Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist for Automotive

Job Description:
We are seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This role is ideal for those passionate about helping others and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and accurately record call details.
- Stay updated on services and products to provide effective support.
- Escalate potential service issues to senior team members as needed.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration with other representatives.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch (verbal and written) and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service is required.
- Experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with electric vehicles is a plus.

- Competitive Salary: A remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance, with an increased salary after 7 months. The estimated salary range for this role in Barcelona is approximately €28,000 - €35,000 per year.
