Qlf Brands B.V. is a rapidly growing organization with operations in 36 European countries, offering a wide range of lighting solutions through its brands QAZQA, Lampenlicht, and FittinQ.

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador for European Markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our company.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative individual who can provide exceptional customer service to our European customers. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for our customers*

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions*

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction*

* Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers*

* Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling*

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry*

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers*

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively*

* Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken*

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously*

* Familiarity with CRM systems and other productivity tools*
