Dutch Customer Service Ambassador

NordsAbroad is looking for a skilled Dutch Customer Service Ambassador to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients of a leading bank, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and phone apps, providing end-to-end solutions for any technical issues.
- Assist clients with queries about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud, adhering to specific procedures via phone and email.
- Use multiple systems to find the best solutions for clients and accurately log all actions taken during client interactions.
- Answer questions and explain the necessary next steps, requiring patience and empathy.
- Participate in the Fraud/Phishing service during working hours, maintaining strict security procedures around sensitive data and providing accurate information.
Training and Development:
- A comprehensive two-week training program covering all aspects of the role.
- An initial focus on the technical helpdesk, followed by a nurturing period and additional training for the Talk & Help Desk.
