Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries;
  • Upload customer information into our clients' database for ticket issuance or updates;
  • Clearly explain rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights;
  • Troubleshoot issues related to lost or damaged tickets;
  • Support customers with applicable fees and taxes for each ticket.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and excellent English skills;
  • Staying up-to-date with social media trends;
  • Being politically fit and motivated;
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle;
  • Valid Greek work permit required.
