Key Responsibilities:
Our team at Qlf Brands B.V. is looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our Customer Service department in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our European customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and language skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English and another language such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, or Greek. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Additionally, you will need to be familiar with our products and services, as well as have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
