We are seeking extraordinary individuals to join our team, immerse themselves in the brand, and deliver exceptional customer service.
**What We're Looking For**
We need individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, proactive in problem-solving, and possess a strong teamwork ethic.
You will be working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests, resolve queries, and offer individual solutions. This role involves developing a sound understanding of New Balance products and services, as well as embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
**Benefits**

- A competitive salary: €18,000.00 gross per year
- Incentives for top performance
- 24 calendar days of paid holiday per year
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days per month spent at the office for training purposes
