We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Ambassador who can represent Cross Border Talents in a dynamic environment and support our clients with their Swedish language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our call management system
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide informed support
  • Work collaboratively with the team on special projects and provide coverage as needed

Requirements:

  • C2/ fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written, with a good level of English (minimum B2)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support
  • Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and music/audiovisual products
  • Strong customer focus with excellent listening skills and ability to address customer needs
  • Ability to take ownership of customer calls and progress them to resolution or escalate when needed
