Bristol-Myers Squibb is committed to creating innovative medicines for patients fighting serious diseases. We're now seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our commercial operations team and contribute to our mission.

In this role, you'll analyze sales data, market trends, and net pricing models to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them. You'll work closely with Business Units/Finance to align your efforts with the company's revenue goals and collaborate with Field Access Teams to implement effective commercial policies/agreements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and financial modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that could impact revenue.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes that may affect revenue, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Support the creation and maintenance of accurate revenue forecasts based on agreements/commercial policies implemented.

Our compensation package includes a salary range of $130,000 - $200,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree within relevant areas or other applicable healthcare education.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or finance, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
