We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Sales Team Lead (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your Role in BizAway:
- As a Team Lead, you will have a player-coach role, leading a small team of Sales Executives and closing contracts yourself.
- You will lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract, carrying a personal quota.
- You will present our solution to a range of people, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
- You will run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate pipeline.
- You will contribute to the personal and professional growth of team members, providing individual coaching and training during Sales calls.
- You will forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your (and your team's) deal pipeline.
- You will collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
- You will proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your Qualifications:
- You have an excellent level of English, both written and spoken at a native level.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a top-performer AE in a tech company.
