Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Mallorca, responsible for growing our distribution network and driving business growth in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in managing distributors and developing commercial plans. They will be able to analyze data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial plans to grow KHC distribution in the assigned area.
  • Manage relationships with current foodservice distributors, defining commercial objectives, controlling key activities, and running day-to-day business.
  • Analyze coverage of current distributors' networks and prospect for potential new additions.
  • Support the development of our distributors' sell-out in their territories.
  • Coordinate the development of our brands in the area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
  • +3 years of sales experience in FMCG and/or distributors management.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish foodservice channel.
  • Spanish & English (B1).
  • MS Office type computer tools at user level.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus excellent bonus structure and benefits package.
