Job OverviewOur client, a premier staffing and recruitment agency, is seeking skilled professionals to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging and onboarding high-potential advertisers, promoting and selling services, and building strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell marketing solutions.
- Build and manage a comprehensive customer database.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and acquire new customers.
- Document call outcomes and detailed customer responses.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers.
- Analyze competitors' offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
- Address customer needs and inquiries.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- Proficient in Dutch (C2 level) and fluent in English.
- Proven sales experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills.
