About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on customer service and retention, as well as business growth and development. Associates have a portfolio of clients with whom they partner to deliver value beyond client investment in Gartner services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with existing clients ranging from senior C-level executives to junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
  • Meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and recommend actions that drive high value and client retention.
  • Onboard new clients introducing their purchased Gartner services and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years relevant professional experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

What We Offer:

  • Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $110,000 depending on location (Egham, UK or Barcelona, Spain).
