Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Business Partner to join our team in this dynamic role. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior-level clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications).
  • Proven track record of success in a client-facing role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) at a native level.
What We Offer

Gartner offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for career growth and professional development.
