Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Business Development and Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success department, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive client engagement and retention
- Baileys far-exceeding client expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to deliver value-added services
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client needs and priorities to inform sales and marketing efforts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or a related field
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
