Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Spain or Andorra. As a key player in our Business Development department, you will be responsible for identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Your Mission:
Your primary objective will be to understand the client's needs, propose innovative solutions, negotiate conditions, and ultimately close mutually beneficial deals. Additionally, you will maintain a strong portfolio in your assigned area, conducting regular follow-ups with clients, and preparing for future needs through strategic planning.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or technology-related studies, accompanied by a minimum of +5 years of experience in technology-related sales or account management, particularly in systems/networking/security/cybersecurity solutions. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity would be highly valued. You must also possess fluency in English and Spanish, as well as a self-starter mentality, focus, determination, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development and Deal Closure: Create comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs, leveraging our rich portfolio of services and solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage in proactive follow-ups with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring our continued relevance as their go-to solution provider.
- Teamwork Mindset: Collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent invoicing processes, fostering trust with key clients.
- CRM: Diligently update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for streamlined decision-making and strategy development.
- Continuous Learning: Pursue relevant cybersecurity training and certifications, staying up-to-date on the latest trends, and sharing newfound knowledge with the team.
