Sales Growth Expert

Riverbed Technology, a 20-year innovator in AI observability, is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth in our Rest of EMEA region. With a strong presence globally, including 95% of the FORTUNE 100, we empower next-generation digital experiences.
Estimated Salary Range: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum
Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead a team of Territory and Enterprise Account Executives selling into large accounts across the Mediterranean, Turkey, Africa, BeNeLux, and the Nordics. Key responsibilities include developing regional goals, strategies, and actions; setting and executing sales targets; recruiting, coaching, and developing high-calibre sales professionals; and driving performance management processes.
Business Development Opportunities:
Create and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within large customers and partners. Develop and effectively present Riverbed's value proposition, roadmap, and vision to key customers and strategic partners. Influence C-level executives within strategic accounts and build a short- and long-term pipeline of business opportunities.
