At Thehrchapter, we are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting Community Manager & Social Media Content Creator (Bilingual Spanish/English).

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in developing new business opportunities, attending industry events, and utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot to automate contact management and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in tender consultancy, business development, sales, network building, and client engagement.

  • Tender Consultancy:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities in public tenders and bids within relevant markets.
    • Lead the preparation, submission, and management of tender proposals, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Proactively source new business leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
    • Bullt and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the HR industry.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Network Building & Client Engagement:
    • Develop a comprehensive network of contacts within the HR and recruitment industries.
  • CRM and Automation:
    • Manage and optimize the use of a CRM platform for business development and sales processes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy roles, ideally within the HR or recruitment industries.
  • Specialist knowledge of public tender processes.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic networks.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with C-level executives.
