Job Description

Your responsibilities and impact as Business Development and Client Relations Expert will be:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Provide exceptional consultation to clients regarding their needs and queries.
  • Client Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of client satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop the business environment for sustained growth on the account.
  • Relationship Building: Create and maintain relationships within the account to preserve long-term strategies.
  • New Opportunities: Research new sales opportunities with the existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Administration: Focus on driving benefits through proactive administration.
  • Activity Tracking: Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
  • Customer Support: Respond to and provide solutions for incoming client or partner calls.

Daily Routines (Customer Support):

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and provide the best interaction within the customer service department.
  • Active Listening: Actively listen to customers by adopting a positive frame of mind and maintaining professionalism.
  • Solution Provision: Provide the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers.
  • Troubleshooting: Deliver calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries.

Requirements

  • Natural Communication: You are a natural communicator and enjoy working in a team.
  • Language Proficiency: You have a native level of German and are fluent in English.
  • Education: You have a valid school diploma or already possess your bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: You have experience in Customer Service or Sales or are interested in these areas.
