Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Ebury. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations issues across the organisation.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, with experience in managing global or multinational organisations. You will be able to provide expert guidance to HR partners, managers, and leaders while ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Main Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for managing employee relations globally, aligned with the organisation's business objectives.
  • Case Management: Lead investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disputes, ensuring thorough, timely, and impartial resolution.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure company practices comply with international employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in an Employee Relations, HR generalist, or a similar role, with a focus on global or multinational organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws, practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
