Medical Sales and Business Development Specialist

At M And J Field Workers, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
- Develop a pipeline of potential business partnerships by targeting key decision-makers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring product satisfaction and exploring cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences, expos, and networking events to strengthen our presence in the market.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure new business partnerships while ensuring profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Knowledge of regional markets and customer demographics.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
