Job Summary

Ebury is seeking a highly skilled Global Employee Relations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations issues across the organisation. Your expertise will guide HR partners, managers, and leaders in ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for managing employee relations globally, aligned with the organisation's business objectives.
  • Case Management: Lead investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disputes, ensuring thorough, timely, and impartial resolution.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure company practices comply with international employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Advisory and Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations issues, promoting best practices in handling sensitive matters.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze ER metrics and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and proactive interventions.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in global ER projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and creating a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in employee relations, preferably in a global organisation.
