Talent Areté, S.L. is an innovative advertising agency seeking a seasoned Account Management Lead to spearhead strategic projects and build strong relationships with key clients. The primary objective of this role is to deliver impeccable account management, driving client success through effective coordination, strategic planning, and execution of creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns, leveraging expertise in market trends and consumer behavior to drive results.
- Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal creative and production teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative strategies to expand our client base.
- Oversee the implementation of campaigns, monitoring progress and presenting results to stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic meetings with clients, providing expert advice and building trustful relationships.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a background in advertising, marketing, or related fields. Ideal candidates will possess native-level English skills (C2), minimum 6 years of experience in similar roles, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
Required Profile:- Native English speaker or C2 level (essential).
- Background in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in advertising agencies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile, with the ability to work in a team.
