Job Title: Strategic CRM Manager for Global Customer Engagement

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

About the Role:

The CRM Manager will play a crucial role in our Channel Marketing team, supporting the global needs of our Strategic Customer and Page Executive business areas. This role involves driving the strategy, planning, and implementation of global campaigns across priority markets, including segmentation, A/B optimization, end-to-end project management, and post-campaign analysis.

This position requires close collaboration with the global CRM product team on the optimization and creation of automated campaigns and lifecycles for these audiences. The successful candidate will own CRM processes and KPIs, customer journeys logic, segmentations, and strategy (short, medium, and long-term), maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a CRM plan and strategy to deliver against customer retention and engagement goals for strategic growth pillars.
  • Lead and monitor audience analysis and segmentation projects.
  • Drive ongoing benchmark analysis.
  • Manage regular reporting using lead and lag metrics to measure program effectiveness and course correct as necessary.
  • Analyze results and propose enhancements on lifecycles and ad-hoc campaigns to maximize ROI within the Global CRM roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Superior project management skills and strategic thinking.
  • Working experience with Jira or other project management tools.
  • Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to produce reports and provide strategic recommendations motivated by data.
  • High level of motivation and initiative, with the ability to motivate teams and anticipate company needs.
