Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Client Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building lasting relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Create and execute strategic sales plans that expand our customer base in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and working closely with Industry Product Leads.
- Maintain effective communication with SF Account Executives, staying updated on SF updates.
- Foster ongoing engagement with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for value creation.
- Lead commercial offer preparation and presentation in assigned accounts.
- Ensure seamless customer communication at all stages, involving other teams as needed.
- Share sales strategies and objectives with Product Managers, focusing on digital transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Project Managers/Delivery Managers to address customer-related impediments and monitor project progress.
- Negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts and manage billing processes.
- Identify Up & Cross Selling opportunities and collaborate with Project Managers/Delivery Managers post-project.
- Conduct project retrospectives with clients to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in large account management and Salesforce ecosystem.
- Previous experience in business/technology consulting and project management.
- High level of English proficiency; additional European languages a plus.
- Paid permanent contract.
