Role Overview
D-EDGE is a leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions provider dedicated to the hotel industry. As a fast-growing company, we're seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This role will play a vital part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Spanish and French clients.

Responsibilities
Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, becoming their dedicated contact at D-EDGE. Ensure client satisfaction by regularly engaging with them to monitor their experience and identify potential issues. Provide training sessions and personalized support to equip clients to use our platform effectively. Communicate product updates and inform clients of new features to maximize the value of our solution. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on client needs, helping them achieve their goals. Our ultimate goal is to ensure high client retention, deliver exceptional experiences, and reduce churn.

Requirements
You should be passionate about client success, enjoy relationship-building, and thrive on seeing clients achieve their goals. Excellent communication skills are essential, both verbally and in writing, across English, French, and Spanish. You should be organized, solution-oriented, proactive, and forward-thinking, anticipating client needs and suggesting ways to add value and improve their experience. A background in customer success, account management, or a related field is beneficial, but not essential. Fluency in all three languages is required, along with sales acumen and familiarity with CRM systems for managing client relationships and tracking opportunities. An interest in the hospitality industry and tech solutions supporting it is also desirable.
