Job Description

In this role as a Customer Success Campaign Manager, you will drive the sales cycle, nurture client relationships, and showcase your expertise in advanced cloud technologies. As the conduit between clients and Concentrix, you will engage with campaign managers, market CRM leads, and countries to ensure campaign activities meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resources and provide campaign briefs in advance to call center supervisors and agents.
  • Ensure supervisors and agents are informed and prepared for upcoming campaigns.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the contact center training team.
  • Monitor and address issues during campaign execution.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be bilingual or proficient in English, have 2-3 years of experience in contact center campaign management, and possess strong communication and coordination abilities.
