About the Role:

The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is building the bridge for SAP customers towards cloud, closely helping them through this transformation. As a Global Customer Engagement Lead, you will contribute to driving strategic initiatives that will contribute to the growth and scalability of our Client Delivery Engagement Shared Services unit.

Your Responsibilities:

">
  • You will actively support global PC3 initiatives through the Business Intelligence office, driving global initiatives that will contribute to the growth and scalability of the unit.
  • You will interact with internal and external stakeholders proposing customer-facing improvements, including opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • You will communicate effectively and efficiently to all relevant stakeholders, sharing regular status and efficiencies of the initiatives.
  • You will establish initiative KPI & Goals framework for the unit and its employees at various levels, in alignment with ECS and Customer Delivery Engagement guidance.
  • You will execute robust delivery of the plan against defined KPIs & goals.
  • You will adopt the Customer efficiency strategy defined by global, leveraging digital platforms and channels for customer communications, focusing on increased automation to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • You will provide effective financial stewardship and demonstrate value creation for customers and for ECS.
  • You will ensure strategic initiatives are running timely and successfully rolled out to the entire global community, including impacted stakeholder organizations.

About You:

We're looking for someone with 6+ years of overall experience in IT software and services, with 5+ years of project management experience. International team experience is a must. You should have a solid background in customer-facing processes, basis/technical knowledge is a plus. A customer-centric mindset, influencing senior executives, is essential.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market research.
