Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for servicing and upselling client products to existing customers. You will work effectively to identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experience while growing your book of business.

About the Role: In this role, you will be focused on building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and developing value propositions that cater to their requirements. You will engage customers in a consultative manner, utilize effective sales negotiation techniques, and close deals to achieve targets. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions. You will also respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring to the Role: To succeed in this position, you must have fluency in both English and Latvian language at an advanced C1 level. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques, and adopt a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting. Goal-oriented individuals with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth are encouraged to apply.
