At Sportyjob, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maximizing store sales and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets through effective customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor sales progress and results against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead a productive environment by engaging with customers on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained in-store.
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform a range of routine assignments to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education; an associate's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Apply knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within a specialized field.
- Multistep processes require a detailed understanding of the specialized area.
- Extensive on-the-job training or previous experience required.
- Operative/Technician roles may involve complex machinery or processes.
Problem Solving:
- Problems are known, defined, and apparent.
