About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Associate to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will also possess a strong work ethic, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Utilize market intelligence and industry knowledge to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales support services
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to management and other relevant teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 0-1 year of sales experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Native or bilingual fluency in English and French (additional languages an asset)

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
