The Tropicfeel, S.L. is seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, segmentation, and loyalty. You will optimize the customer journey through data-driven insights, marketing automation, and personalized campaigns, working cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and long-term value.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in Klaviyo software and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Passion for email marketing and willingness to improve skills from this channel are essential. Experience with loyalty programs, data analytics platforms, and/or marketing automation software will be highly valued.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at The Tropicfeel, S.L., you will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment that encourages innovation and creativity. You will receive a competitive salary of €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing the CRM strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and customer-centric approach.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize customer segmentation, engagement, and retention through data analysis and market research.
  • Defining and refining customer segments based on demographics, preferences, and behavior to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing personalized messaging, product recommendations, and tailored promotions to drive customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.
