About the Job

We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian at an advanced level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
