Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to lead the development and execution of Tropicfeel's CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, segmentation, and loyalty. You will optimize the customer journey through data-driven insights, marketing automation, and personalized campaigns, working cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and long-term value.

Your Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy and Implementation:
    - Develop and execute the CRM strategy aligned with Tropicfeel's business objectives and customer-centric approach.
  • Customer Journey Optimization and Experience Enhancement:
    - Map the customer journey, identify pain points, and implement strategies to improve touchpoints, increase satisfaction, and drive repeat purchases.
