Job Summary

The EU 3P Tax Engagement Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive engagement and compliance with environmental regulations among Selling Partners in Europe. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement and compliance with environmental regulations among Selling Partners in Europe.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in seller engagement and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve seller engagement and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, sales, program or project management).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in operations or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and stakeholders across different functional groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience managing a team and developing talent.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Business Analytics/SQL experience.

Experience designing, implementing, and managing operations of technical products or online services.

Experience tracking conversion funnels and leveraging data to ensure clear communications that convince Sellers.
