Global Customer Retention Strategist

Dow Jones, a leading global news and business information provider, is seeking a skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join its team. With over 125 years of experience in delivering high-quality content across various platforms, Dow Jones has established itself as a trusted source of information for consumers and organizations worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of relationships with assigned customers, ensuring the retention of existing contract revenue within existing buying centers. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing successful renewals to ensure a strong revenue base for Dow Jones
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure clients' business needs are met consistently
- Providing monthly reports to management highlighting high-risk renewal accounts and strategies to turn them around
- Ensure appropriate levels of customer training and product utilization through collaboration with the Product Training Specialist team
- Oversee the overall renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support
- Serve as a client conduit internally for feedback and competitive intelligence to DJ Product, Content & Marketing
- Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts through up-selling and cross-selling efforts
