What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include client relationship management, renewal process management, and renewal forecasting and reporting. Develop strong relationships with clients, proactively engage with them before contract expiration, and demonstrate the value of SAP. Provide end-to-end renewal execution support, maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation and renewal execution, and ensure all renewals are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

We seek a critical thinker with experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success or Sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and a passion for customer satisfaction is a must.

Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
