International Customer Success Team Lead For Strategic Accounts

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Team Lead to join our team in Spain, France or the UK. As a key member of our post-sales cycle management team, you'll be responsible for developing trusted relationships with high-value clients and driving growth through customized support and strategic partnerships.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Account, VIP, and Ambassador customers
  • Provide exceptional onboarding experience and support to configure our application for large accounts
  • Serve as a communication liaison between Key Accounts and Booksy, resolving issues and complaints efficiently
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate new sales and build long-term relationships
Your Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building: Foster deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  2. Account Management: Acquire advanced product knowledge and provide tailored support for configuration
  3. Communication: Be a central point of contact between Key Accounts and Booksy
  4. Team Leadership: Coach, manage, and mentor the international team of Key Account Managers
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar areas with proven people management skills
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (C1+), Spanish; French, and other languages are a plus

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
