Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Coach, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead Management: Handle all incoming leads, engage in sales-driven conversations, and log relevant information into CRM systems.
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify potential customers, research key decision-makers, and initiate contact through personalized phone outreach.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, leading a team.
- Comfortable with phone conversations in French and English.
- A taste for challenges and meeting targets.
- Natural flair for sales.
- Ability to quickly assimilate and learn new products and systems.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, meal allowance, Accor Employee Card, incentives plans, and career development opportunities.
