**Job Description**

In this role, you will serve as the escalation point for all access management issues, supporting the wider IT Service Desk Management team. You will also assist the manager in day-to-day operations, responsible for line management of the team, creating and providing KPIs, inputting into weekly team meeting agendas, assisting in system upgrades, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels, and contributing to incident and problem management. Additionally, you will support analysts in providing first-line support when workloads are high or additional experience is required, and ensure that GTS and the entire Service Desk comply with previously agreed audit controls and measures.

You will play a key role in supporting and contributing to the Business Continuity Plan for Continental Europe.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience working within a service desk environment. You should also have knowledge of Windows XP and 7, Citrix environment, including networking components, services, and user profiles. Additionally, you should have an understanding of Service Management, particularly request fulfillment, problem, and incident management. Experience with Active Directory, Windows Terminal Services, Citrix Metaframe, Thin Client Terminals, Database Systems, Exchange, and Office 365 is a plus. You should be organized, detail-oriented, take initiative, and be independent. A fluent level of English is essential, and you must be based in Barcelona with NIE.

**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

The estimated salary range is based on market standards and takes into account the location, job requirements, and industry norms. It does not reflect the company's budget but rather provides a realistic estimate of what you can expect.
