About Your Future Job
You are a skilled problem solver who will serve as the primary point of contact for employees of a European energy leader with issues related to hardware and software. You will handle inquiries and errors via various communication channels, including email, phone, chat, and ticketing systems. After thorough training and access to comprehensive guidelines, you will resolve issues independently. If necessary, you will escalate complex problems to higher support levels.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Dutch language skills and excellent English proficiency
- Motivation for a career in the IT service desk domain
- Desirable: Initial experience in service desk or tech support processes, specifically remote support for laptops/desktops, LAN issues, application support, and small forms
