**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Team Lead to oversee the growth and success of our Long Tail client accounts. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that maximize account performance while fostering exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Role:

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team focused on nurturing and growing Long Tail client accounts.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies tailored for Long Tail clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
