The estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist to join our team at Desigual SLU. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing orders and returns, ensuring timely and accurate product and service delivery.

You will also ensure invoices are paid on due dates and follow them up accordingly. In addition, you will coordinate and execute marketing and promotional campaigns specific to key accounts, and monitor inventory levels to ensure products are well-stocked and readily available for partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders and returns: Process customers' orders, changes, and returns of products and/or services according to Desigual's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure invoices are paid on time: Follow up on past due invoices and claim overdue amounts as per company's policy.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns: Execute marketing and promotional campaigns specific to key accounts, ensuring Desigual's brand messaging is effectively communicated.
  • Monitor inventory levels: Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure products are well-stocked and readily available for partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • SAP Knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
