Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Management Expert to join our team in Spain, focusing on accounting experts and SMEs with 50+ employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing success with our products.
- Identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities, enhancing client engagement and product utilization.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize client satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
- Fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring that all interactions with clients are professional, courteous, and timely.
About You:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably with significant experience as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Specialist.
- Customer-centric: Proven ability to anticipate clients' needs, offer outstanding onboarding, and build long-term relationships.
- Business-oriented: Skilled at identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding solutions to challenges.
- Languages: Bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Mastery: Familiarity with SaaS tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Notion.
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
