Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Expert to join our team in Spain, focusing on accounting experts and SMEs with 50+ employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing success with our products.
  2. Identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities, enhancing client engagement and product utilization.
  3. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize client satisfaction.
  4. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
  5. Fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring that all interactions with clients are professional, courteous, and timely.

About You:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably with significant experience as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Specialist.
  • Customer-centric: Proven ability to anticipate clients' needs, offer outstanding onboarding, and build long-term relationships.
  • Business-oriented: Skilled at identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding solutions to challenges.
  • Languages: Bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Mastery: Familiarity with SaaS tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Notion.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
