Operations Department Mission
The Operations department's mission is to provide top-notch service to our customers while ensuring seamless internal processes, continuous monitoring of activities, and optimal security levels, particularly in back-office and fraud-related matters.
Customer Care Onboarding Team
As a Customer Care Agent on our Onboarding team, you will be working closely with a talented team of 40+ professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be part of the Italian onboarding team, led by Francesca, and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, improving processes, and providing top-notch support to our company creators.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be the voice of our customers, using their feedback to continuously improve our product and services.
- You will delight our Italian entrepreneurs by addressing their concerns and questions via email and phone.
- You will remediate and fix issues on past onboarded accounts, adhering to local Italian regulator guidelines.
- You will set up internal processes to better respond to customer requests and provide valuable feedback to Ops and Product teams.
- You will take ownership of specific end-to-end projects, identifying anomalies, optimizing solutions, and sharing knowledge with your colleagues.
