**Job Overview:** We are seeking an Account Management Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to building the Account Management support team at Allianz Technology. As an intern, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships within the Allianz Group, supporting the End2End process for IT services provided by Allianz Technology SE.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Management: Assist in managing customer relationships regarding the End2End process for IT services provided by Allianz Technology SE.
  • Establish and Develop Relationships: Support in establishing and developing relationships with customers and aiding in regular alignments with stakeholders.
  • Customer Satisfaction Review: Help in the annual review of customer satisfaction, management of NPS surveys, and follow-up action items regarding feedback analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for monthly financial meetings (customer management level/dispute handling).

**Skills and Qualifications:**
• 6 months internship
• Schedule from 9:00 to 14:00
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Passion for learning and IT tech culture
• Independent and self-driven working style
• Proactive and curious approach to new topics
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good data analytical skills
• Strong competence in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

**Salary Estimate:** Based on the job requirements and location, the estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
