**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Junior Customer Success Manager to join our Global Tier 1 Global Service & Solution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving growth and enabling sales teams with analytics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and constructing tools and dashboards that support sales and CSM teams in managing customer data, presenting analysis in regular management reviews, and contributing to the development of business insights.

**Requirements:**
This role requires a degree in Business Administration or engineering, preferably with experience in analytical skills and a business background perspective. Excellent communication and data analysis skills are essential for success in this position. Fluency in English is required.

**What We Offer:**
Hewlett Packard offers a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
