**About this Role**
We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for expanding our business by increasing revenue from existing clients and closing new sales opportunities. Your role will involve actively listening to client needs, translating them into compelling proposals, and driving sales growth through strategic account management.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your focus will be on reaching quarterly sales targets by:
- Defining target accounts and developing strategies to approach them;
- Identifying key decision-makers and engaging in insightful conversations to uncover their needs;
- Designing and delivering compelling proposals to convert opportunities into sales;
- Developing and implementing account management plans for each target account.
You will work closely with an Account Executive to support outreach efforts and proposal writing. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Marketing team to stay informed about activities, campaigns, and thought leadership reports that could benefit your sales activities or existing contacts and clients.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales growth. You will have experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.
**Compensation and Benefits**
