Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key player in our growth story. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent, and developing our employer brand on social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing: Utilize a range of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to find hidden gems.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, managing projects and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Candidate assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit.
  • Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability.
  • Pipeline Pro: Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs.
  • Business Partner: Collaborate with business teams, providing support and expertise to hiring managers.
  • Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp.
  • Employer Branding Champion: Play an active role in crafting a strong employer brand on social media.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years of successful experience.
  • Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
